The title only partly covers the content, because although the girls are fettered at the start of the film, this has little to do with bondage as a fetish phenomenon. It is more of a really hard Rough Sex production. The first flat-chested latin beauty hangs bound and gagged from a staircase until her torturer descends from said staircase.
